At TSM Global Berhad, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance. We have established an Audit Committee and an Investment Committee to assist the Board in discharging its fiduciary responsibilities for corporate governance. These committees, which operate within clearly defined terms of reference, convene meetings regularly to provide rigorous oversight of overall risk management and internal control systems of the Group, assets allocation as well as reviewing the performance of the Group’s investment portfolio.
